They (Russian officials) have declared that sort of “liberation operation,” which is actually a genocide of Ukrainian nation, because they killed 20,000 local residents. During the whole World War II, in two years of occupation of Mariupol, Hitler/Nazis killed 10,000 locals and Putin has killed 20,000 in just two months, so Putin has already outnumbered Hitler.
