Here is a tip on a shoe lacing method known as the heel lock that might help you get out and exercise more. About 36 years ago, I dreamed that Master wore all white clothes like snow and took me to fly high in the sky. Only now, after I got initiated, do I understand that since a long time ago, Master was always by my side and guided me on the path to go back to the real Home.
After being initiated, I was meditating and from my wisdom eye, I saw a white Light as white as snow, at times as a small marble, and other times as big balloons, but all of them were snow-white. In another inner vision, I gazed at the Sun in the morning. I saw Master standing inside the Sun, and shining onto the world, to make it elevated, become vegan quickly and peaceful forever.
“There are myriads of stars in the sky,
There are countless flowers in the field,
But there is only one Sun,
And there is only one of You,
my Master, in this Samsara.”
