I would like to share a health tip with you. Research has shown that people with certain conditions are more prone to experiencing a heart attack in the mornings. Particularly those with underlying coronary risk factors, who are not properly hydrated, have not got enough sleep, and exercise in the morning, have a higher risk as plaque instability can cause a rupture and lead to large clot formation. Reduce your risk of an early morning heart attack by working out later and getting enough rest at night. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States, adults who get less than seven hours sleep each night have an increased risk of developing heart health problems. If you have an adjustable work schedule, you should exercise later in the day or begin your workout slowly and gradually raise the intensity. High-intensity exercise can cause sudden cardiac arrests or loss of life as it compromises circulation. However, this should not discourage you from working out, because exercise is one of the top ways to prevent and address cardiovascular disease.

Let’s savor the sweetness of some chuckles as the joke of the day is waiting. It’s called “Two Centipede-Guys.”

“What in the world are you most afraid of?”

“Honestly, I am most afraid of the dark. Are you afraid of the dark?”

Thank You, Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai and all the Supreme Master TV team members, I would like to share my humble realization with the initiates who are lost and going in circles.

I have recently realized how I wandered around a long distance in order to really understand and digest Your teachings. Everything was so clearly stated in the little booklet that is handed out during initiation. One’s realization of their own True Nature is short and less turbulent when one is strictly keeping the Five Precepts in body, speech and action and at the same time doing his/her meditation wholeheartedly.

While I was meditating, one big part of my body fell apart. With so much shock, when I touched that part, my body was intact. While I was observing, more and more parts fell off, layer after layer. Some fell off fast, while others fell off a bit painfully and took a long time. At this moment, I really understood how humans carry this thing called karma.

After realizing how very thick layers of karma separates people from their True Nature like this, I wanted to see how thick it really was. Then, when I saw it was a continuing, endless deep darkness, helplessly, tears came pouring down and I prayed and thanked Master for Her immense Love and compassion.

I understood that humans cannot see the true reality because they are in a deep, dark karmic pot. Words cannot express my gratitude enough for our Holy Master for coming down from high existence to illuminate this dark world with Her Love and Light, and saving us from the sea of suffering.

So, thank You, Master, for giving me the realization that, by strictly keeping the precepts in body, speech and action, one can progress faster spiritually. If I had not met You, Master, I would not know how many more lives I would have suffered in the suffering wheel. Thank You for Your Blessings, Love, compassion and salvation.

May my Beloved Master be healthy, may You reach Your goals soon, may our world become a Paradise, and may all beings be liberated from ignorance and realize their True Nature.

Now you understand why a Master’s Power and Grace are necessary to break the cycle, and how difficult the job truly is. I will not give up, however difficult it is, for what hope does the world have but our combined efforts. Continue to pray for World Vegan, World Peace with us so our Light may shine into this dark world and save as many people as possible. May you and the beautiful Mongolian people eternally bask in the benevolent Light of the Buddhas.”
