While some macrobiotics practitioners consume animal products, many choose to omit meat, dairy, and eggs. When we continue on macrobiotics, our body changes in various way. If our food changes, our blood will change. If our blood changes, our cells will change. If our cells change, we become healthier. Consequently, our mind will become calmer, this world will be more peaceful.
