Through pure notes, harmonious chords, different tempos and rhythms, composers fill our imagination and emotions with their music. One such composer was Ludwig van Beethoven. He was born in Germany in 1770 and lived until 1827. In his early 20s, he moved to Vienna, where he studied with other gifted musicians Franz Joseph Haydn, Johann Georg Albrechtsberger, and Antonio Salieri. From this point on, he was recognized as a virtuoso of the piano.
