I would like to share a handy tip with you. It is important you regularly maintain your car, especially if it’s old or you use it frequently. Older vehicles typically need to be serviced depending on the number of kilometers driven since the previous maintenance. The general rule of thumb used to be that your car oil gets changed every 4,800 kilometers. However, nowadays you can travel between 8,000 and 12,000 kilometers with modern lubricants before an oil change is required. You may even be able to drive as much as 24,000 kilometers prior to needing maintenance if your car utilizes full-synthetic motor oil. But it may be necessary to service your car more often if you live in extreme climates or tow or carry heavy cargo.

Dear Supreme Master Ching Hai and Supreme Master Television team, I would like to thank Master for Her inner insights that go beyond our own personal understanding. When Master originally offered Her support to President Donald Trump, it really caught me by surprise. In America, the media paints a very negative picture, so for a long time I just couldn’t understand why Master would endorse him. I didn’t see it. For months, I felt like I was on the edge of a crisis of faith.
During my own mental turmoil at this news, it was reported that Master had once been George Washington. Suddenly, I realized my error. How easily I could accept this. It felt so right and true, yet I still had this inner issue regarding President Trump. I was looking at this from the perspective of my own ephemeral personality, and not from the view of an initiate. We must surrender to the inner Master within, in order to grow as a disciple and as an evolving soul. Even if we don’t see it, we must trust our Master’s Teachings and Wisdom. I found myself on the other side of this journey, stronger in my faith, because of this situation.
