Today we have a kitchen safety tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan): “Hi happy kids, you may be the best created being for your family! Stay cool. Here are some tips for your emergency need: If you accidentally touch a burning hot object, such as a hot pot, please immediately submerge your hand or fingers, depending on where affected, into a bowl of really cold water. Change the water every couple of minutes, to keep it as cold as possible, or add some ice. Keep the burned part there for 10–15 minutes, till it feels relieved and comfortable, as if not much happened. Gently dry your hand, and apply, if needed, a simple remedy, or vegan butter if you don’t have a remedy available. You’d feel as if nothing was burned. But if the pain is still bad, then consult your doctor. Be careful though always with fire. God Loves you kids!”

We love You too! Our gratitude, Master, for caringly reminding us to be attentive when around hot objects.
