Healthy and comfortable feet are a joy that can be yours to experience! Here is a tip on how to make a homemade invigorating foot soak to stimulate and enhance circulation. Research suggests essential oils can get your blood moving, relieve tension, and improve your mood, while hot ginger water assists in alleviating inflammation. To begin, add 50 grams (1/2 cup) of ground or freshly grated ginger to a bowl of boiling water and let steep for five minutes. Gradually pour it into a tub of warm water to a comfortable temperature. Combine 5-20 drops of your preferred essential oil like lemon, lemongrass, or clary sage, to 30 milliliters (6 teaspoons) of carrier oil prior to adding them to the bath. Soak your feet for ten to twenty minutes and after you are done, apply a thick layer of your favorite moisturizer, petroleum jelly, or oil while using light thumb pressure to relieve soreness. Lastly, put socks on when you go to bed to retain the moisture. Your feet will thank you!
