In Âu Lạc (Vietnam) in the New Year, we crack these melon seeds, and we paint them red, tint them red for luck. Because of happy New Year, everything [is] red.

What tea is this? Lotus tea? (This tea is from the Central Region.) (It’s Móc Câu tea from the Central Region.) (It’s green tea, Master.) (Green tea mixed with lotus seeds.) OK.

Banana candies. (From the Central region.) All these are from Central Âu Lạc (Vietnam). This is banana. (Banana.) Yeah. And sugar, I guess. Or not sugar. [It] depends on how sweet. Open it all. Oh, these are very sweet. Whoa! Wow, wow, wow! Yeah, I remember all this. All this is from where I was born. (These are from Quảng Ngãi.) Yeah. Quảng Ngãi, where I was born. Wow!
